Brunna Lellis Alcantara is a lecturer in the Strategy, Sustainable Development, and Entrepreneurship Department at 海角社区 Business School. A PhD student in management sciences at LAREQUOI (Paris-Saclay University), she conducts research on career transitions, spin-offs, and entrepreneurs' sense of success. With a law degree from Brazil and a management degree from France, she has over fifteen years of experience in business development with several major players in the aviation sector. In 2018, she launched a pivotal entrepreneurial initiative as co-founder and co-director of an air charter agency. Her international career combines expertise in project management, business development, innovation, digital transformation, entrepreneurial support, intercultural management, and strategic communication, with a strong commitment to sustainable value creation and the societal impact of organizations.
